Common questions

What is the difference between Add GST and Remove GST?
Add GST starts from a price before tax and calculates the tax-inclusive total. Remove GST does the reverse — starting from a total that already includes GST, it works out what the original price and the tax portion were.
Why does it show CGST and SGST separately?
For a sale within the same state, GST is conventionally split evenly into CGST and SGST rather than charged as one combined tax — this matches how it is typically shown on an invoice.
